What can I do if I’m flagged for multi-accounting?

At Playfull, fairness and security are our top priorities. We want every member of our community to have an equal chance to earn rewards. Multiple accounts owned by the same person (or bots) create an unfair advantage and reduce the rewards available for genuine users. To prevent this, Playfull uses a multi-account protection system.


How many accounts are allowed?

You may have up to 3 Playfull accounts per network or household that can actively participate in our rewards system.

What this means:

  • Each network or household can have a maximum of 3 active accounts.

  • All accounts beyond this limit were automatically removed to ensure fairness.


Why am I seeing this error?

This policy ensures that all users have an equal chance to earn rewards. By limiting the number of accounts per network, we maintain a fair and secure rewards system for everyone.


Can this restriction be removed?

No. The 3-account limit per network is permanent and cannot be modified. This helps prevent abuse of the rewards program and ensures fairness across the community.


What should I do now?

YYou can continue using your active accounts normally. Each of your accounts is fully eligible to earn rewards, complete missions, and access all platform features.
