What can I do if I’m flagged for multi-accounting?

Updated over a week ago

At Playfull, fairness and security are extremely important to us. We want every member of our community to have an equal chance to earn rewards. Multiple accounts owned by the same person (or bots) create an unfair advantage and reduce the rewards available for genuine users. To prevent this, Playfull uses a multi-account protection system.

How many accounts are allowed?

You are allowed to have multiple Playfull accounts, but only up to 3 accounts within the same network or household can actively participate in our rewards system.

This means:

  • Up to 3 accounts can complete missions and offers normally.

  • Any additional accounts beyond the allowed limit will not receive mission/offer completions or rewards.

Why am I seeing this error?

If the system detects that your network or household has more than 3 linked accounts, additional accounts will automatically lose access to rewards features, including:

  • Missions or offers no longer showing as completed

  • Rewards not being issued

  • Limited access to certain reward-related actions

Can this restriction be removed?

Unfortunately, no.
Once our system flags your network for exceeding the allowed account limit, the restriction is permanent. This is to maintain fairness and prevent abuse of the rewards program. We cannot manually reverse or modify this status.

What should I do now?

You may continue using Playfull normally, but only up to 3 accounts in your network will be eligible to earn rewards. Any accounts beyond that limit can still browse or use the platform, but they will not be able to complete missions or offers for rewards.
