If you’re seeing a message saying you may be using an ad blocker, it usually means your browser or a third-party extension is blocking elements Playfull needs to load missions or rewards properly.
Try the steps below to resolve it:
1. Relog into Playfull
Log out of your Playfull account.
Close your desktop browser completely.
Turn off any active ad blockers, privacy extensions, or VPNs.
Reopen your browser and log back in to Playfull.
If the issue continues, open a different browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Microsoft Edge) and try again.
2. Adjust Your Browser Settings
For Google Chrome or other Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Opera GX):
Open your browser and go to Settings.
Navigate to Site Settings.
Look for Ads or similar options.
Allow ads or ensure nothing is actively blocking ad content.
For Firefox:
Open Firefox.
Click the shield icon to the left of the address bar.
Turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection specifically for the Playfull website.
For Opera One:
Open your browser.
Click the Privacy Protection icon at the top right.
Turn Privacy Protection off for Playfull.
