If you encounter a Verification Failed or Cloudflare error when logging in, try the following steps:
1. Turn off your VPN or ad blocker
VPN:
If you are using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), disconnect it.
Look for the VPN icon on your device and click it to turn it off.
Ad blocker:
If you have an ad blocker enabled in your browser, disable it.
Look for the ad blocker icon (often a stop sign or hand) in your browser toolbar and select Pause or Disable.
2. Check your mobile browser settings
Make sure Desktop Mode (or “Request Desktop Site”) is turned off.
To do this:
Open your mobile browser.
Tap the menu button (usually three dots or lines).
Find and disable Desktop Mode or Request Desktop Site.
3. Use the Metamask in-app browser (mobile only)
If you have the Metamask app, you can use its built-in browser to log in.
Steps:
Open the Metamask app.
Tap the Browser icon or navigate to the Browser section in the app.
Use this in-app browser to access Playfull and log in.
